This Refund and Exchange Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or exchanges may be considered.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All products sold on the FKV Beauty website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Skincare and makeup items are personal-use products and, once opened or used, cannot be reused, resold, or safely redistributed. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, shade mismatch, allergic reactions, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions carefully before placing an order. You can also reach out to us in case of any doubts or concerns, to double-check before making the purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the issue and assist you appropriately. Customers must reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing fkvbeauty@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 8986110166, including clear photographs or videos of the product, the outer packaging, and the shipping label as proof.

Upon verification, we will do our best to offer the most suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution, depending on the nature of the issue. The final decision regarding the resolution will be at the sole discretion of FKV Beauty.

Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivity

Our products are formulated with care, but individual skin types and sensitivities vary. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions or skin irritation. We recommend conducting a patch test before full application and reviewing ingredient information carefully prior to use.

Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after processing. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
